Hello girls and boys (if you guys read me hahaha)

Today, I want to talk about a little thing that helps me remove my nail polish very easily, The CVS nail  polish remover pads ( Wallgreens has its own too). The size of these pads is perfect (3 x 1.9 inches) the are portable, quick & easy to use. One pad remove nail polish from your hands or feet using just one convenient pad.

Each pad is individually sealed, which makes it perfect for travel.  If you are in a hurry you can take the pads to remove your nail polish everywhere (car, office, etc).  The pads are so much faster and more effective than big bottles of polish remover. I´m buying these to remove my nail polish at home. Try it, you´ll love it!!

Hello people

As everybody knows, we learn something new every day. Last week, I found something I already love: BLOGLOVIN. I read like a thirty blogs daily, and for me was a lot of work to open a new internet page for each one, now I can read all the blogs I like in just one page.

I Found BLOGLOVIN because most of the blogs I follow has the BLOGLOVIN icon, so I asked myself what is this? What I found makes my life easier. BLOGLOVIN is a blog reader (very useful now that Google reader has been discontinued). You can follow through this page all blogs you want; you just have to create an account in BLOGLOVIN  and search for all the blogs you follow, even if they don’t have it in their lists you can add all blogs you want. It took me less than 15 minutes  to create an account and find all the blogs I read everyday.

Also, it is a good way to increase your followers if you are a blogger, and find out if they are growing. You just have to claim your blog with BLOGLOVIN, add the icon you like the most to your blog and look for your statistics.

Follow my blogs; Little things and not so little things I love (english) and  El vuelo de la mariposa (spanish) with BLOGLOVIN.
I must say that finally I have all of my blogs organized in one reader and I LOVE IT!!

Hello everybody

This week, I want to talk about a little thing I really really love, in fact is part of my personality: PEARL EARRING. Yes, I love them and I´m not a granny. I think pearls are absolutely classy and elegant. I use them with all kinds of outfits. Actually, I never change my earrings, I think they go with everything. I use them every day even If a go to a party or the beach. They are already part of my life.

I know it´s not just my obsession, there are stylish and elegant women who wear pearls all the time, Jacky Kennedy for instance used them as earrings and necklaces. I remember I used my first pearl necklace when I was fifteen.

Pearls are not only a matter or style; you can also find them in art. One the most famous pearl earring appearances in art’s history is Johannes Vermeer's masterpiece the “Girl with a Pearl Earring”

Tracy Chevalier wrote a historical novel, fictionalizing the circumstances of the painting's creation. The novel inspired a film (2003) where star Scarlett Johansson plays as the girl with the pearl earring

Majorica is one of the best known brands of organic pearls jewelry, you can find them at most  Macys stores.

Tous has also nice pieces. I personally own earrings and a beautiful ring from these jewelers.

As you can see, pearls are an important part of fashion, art and also movies  history. My advice? run and buy a good pair of pearl earrings!, they will be a  perfect solution for any outfit.
